Trent got the project underway quickly with his many contacts re draftsman and engineer. Trent's organisation was amazing, coordinating every stage seamlessly with visits from council, engineer, draftsman etc. TopSpec build did a great job and their attention to detail was impressive. After final inspection from council the code of compliance was issued very quickly which was a credit to Trent and his understanding of the building code and as a licensed builder, we are sure this sped up the code of compliance process.
